Our vision is to expand our service by having a permanent facility to store items for distribution, use as a base of operations, and also eventually to expand our services to include programs for:
• Alcohol and drug rehabilitation
• Family counseling
• Financial counseling
• Job training skills
• Job referral system
These services would contribute to our goal of helping families get back on their feet so as to be financially stable and responsible providers for their families.
Your financial support and donations are very much appreciated, and will help us to continue achieving our goals. All donations are receipted and tax-deductible as allowed by IRS.
As stated in the bylaws, no board member receives any compensation or salary for their services. 95% of all Donations goes to deserving families and their children.
12 families and their children were blessed with gift baskets – food, clothing, toys, cookies and gift cards.
24 small gift bags of jewelry and toiletries were given to the 24 teen residents of The Bridge.
Bakery items, frozen foods and juices were distributed to several needy families. Every Christmas and holiday seasons Hope & Love collects toys, food and gift cards which are distributed to families to brighten their holidays. |
